Pinoys, Expats, (‘foreigners’) ask us “are there any ‘good’ hospitals?”.
Most private hospitals in the ‘big cities’ are good; there are even 3 hospitals (St Luke Medical Center, The Medical City and the Makati Medical Center) in Luzon and 1 in Cebu (Chong Hua Hospital) which are accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI).
JCI accreditation is internationally recognized as an international endorsement for quality patient care.
Also the Philippines has many specialized hospitals : Heart Center, Kidney Center, Lung Center, Eye Center etc.
