Try Out Philippines
‘Try Out Philippines’ is aimed at the growing number of people abroad who are ‘thinking about’ a Second Home or Retirement in an affordable tropical environment; the Philippines.
People who are ‘thinking’ about that, will most likely first want to ‘experience the country’ for an extended period; in contrast to ‘tourism’.
In other words, there is a large (overlooked-) group between TOURISTS and RETIREES.
Staying in several hotels is for this group too expensive and renting a house in different locations is not an option either.
And thus, to ‘Try Out Philippines’, as to figure out where they like to buy/build their home we have plans to set up ‘one-stop shops’ at the most strategic locations in the Philippines; Tagaytay, Pampanga, Cebu, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro and Davao.
Why these locations?
Because most people who like to ‘Try Out Philippines’ want to stay;
1) near an International Airport
2) near a ‘good hospital’
3) near – but far enough from – a big city (malls, entertainment etc.)
4) near beach resorts
Each ‘one-stop shop’ shall consist of:
1) affordable, long-stay apartments (discount for longer stay)
2) a private pool
3) 24/7 security
4) 24/7 in-house doctor
5) in-house real estate expert
6) assistance with legal concerns, visa
7) translators
– tour-guides are available (private or small groups)
– for those who like to explore on their own we will have ‘Rent a Car’ with/without driver
– our building will be adjusted to cater to disabled persons; we will have a few apartments at ground floor which are adjusted.
– optional: 24/7 maid service
Guests will be fetched from the airport at their arrival (no hustle with taxi).
Guests are free in what to do next;
– attend a local fiesta
– go to a resort, diving
– hike in nature
– eat in a restaurant
– shopping
