Last September 28, 2013 the first Pre-casting Plant for the Waffle Box Building Technology in Bulacan had it’s Ground Breaking Ceremony.

Among the participants were Jerry Chin (inventor of the Waffle Box Building Technology), members of Solidcon, lot owners and government officials.
