Paperwork needed to build a home in the Philippines:

1. Blueprints for

a. Architectural Plans; signed by an architect with materials specifications
b. Structural Plans, signed by a civil engineer or a structural engineer depends on the number of storey, with structural designs computation
c. Electrical Plans; signed by a professional electrical engineer;
d. Sanitary plans; signed by a Master Plumber (for small projects) or a Sanitary Engineer
e. Mechanical plans; signed by mechanical engineer

2. Additional requirements :

f. Bill of materials or cost estimates; commonly this is being done by a civil engineer
g. If your house is 3 floors and up, you again need a soil investigation report or analysis; here you need a geodetic engineer

3. FORMS

h. Building permit signed by the architect, structural engineer who designed the house and engineer in-charge for construction, also owner
i. Electrical permit forms ; signed by electrical engineer who designed the house or building and the electrical engineer who will supervise the construction, also owner
j. Sanitary Permit ; signed by the designing sanitary engineer and in charge of construction and owner
k. Mechanical Permit; signed by a mechanical engineer, in charge of construction and owner.
