Philippines Building a Fence
According to a report published was sued by her homeowner association for Philippines building a fence 6-foot fence around her pool to keep kids from using the pool unsupervised. But the homeowner association claimed that never received proper prior approval to build the fence, which it also argued is an eyesore.
